Q: What will the One-on One sessions entail?
A: These sessions are essentially 15-minute eye-to eye sessions between distributor and supplier companies. This time is an excellent opportunity for members to understand specific business challenges and learn about how companies are positioned moving forward.
Q: Will there be product presentations, and can suppliers set up displays?
A: Suppliers are certainly welcome to present product during the one-on-one sessions and each supplier will be assigned a space for these meetings that can be utilized as each supplier chooses.
Q: What is the attire?
A: Let’s call it resort casual. Please be comfortable and know that often time meeting rooms are often cooler than they should be. There is an optional hike planned the morning of 8/23 so if you would like to join the fun you should plan accordingly with comfortable hiking attire.
Premier Group Network is enacting the following measures as safety of our members are paramount. Please take measures to keep yourself safe and protected from COVID 19.
#1 Premier Group recommends all event attendees following CDC and local guidelines regarding mask recommendations. (As of 8.17 these are as follows and we will continue to monitor and inform members of any changes or updates)
CDC's current recommendations can be found here Summit County Local Public Health Order reads as follows (click here) "Summit County Public Health has extended the current local Public Health Order through August 31. Masks continue to be required only for individuals ages 2 – 11 years old, who cannot receive the protection of the vaccine, in indoor group settings such as childcare centers, summer camps, and schools. On July 27, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued new guidance recommending mask wearing for the general public, including those who are fully vaccinated, in areas where there is substantial or high COVID-19 transmission (defined by greater than 50 new cases per 100,000 people in the past 7 days). Summit County meets this definition. Summit County maintains high vaccination rates, and the vaccine remains highly effective in protecting against the COVID-19 virus. However, with recent increases in cases of the new and highly transmissible Delta variant across the nation and here in the community, Summit County Public Health is following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) in encouraging, although not mandating, the community wear masks in schools and indoor public settings regardless of vaccination status.
