Q: What's your favorite project of all time?
A: Planning a three week trip to Italy for a group of up to 15 people (at different points on the journey)--some family (my sister Felicia and her family), some oldest and dearest friends, some newer and dearest friends. Four stops, Ischia, the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany and then Liguria (Camogli). It was a lot of pressure to arrange it all, but it all turned out GREAT. Thanks to additional insights and input from some as it came together. But it was MY trip, and it just couldn't have been better, it felt great to know that it gave so much happiness to so many.
Q: If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Would have to be spaghetti with marinara!! My marinara sauce, of course (well, my mother's recipe). Short cooking keeps the tomatoes "fresh" (canned San Marzanos), a little onion, garlic, hot red pepper and a BIG handful of fresh chopped basil at the end). It's my comfort food, and i love it as much or better reheated in butter the next day! My mother was the BEST cook, she might have been born and raised in Italy, but she could cook any type of cuisine. But marinara....just yum!!
Q: Any upcoming events/news you want to share from your company with our network?
A: VIVA LAS VEGAS!!! So excited about our new Las Vegas Facility, opening March 2023!! We will be able to offer 24 hour service, shorter transit times and freight savings with this new production center. It is going to be AMAZING for our US customers, and a huge opportunity to align strategically even more strongly with all our Premier Group partners!!
