WELCOME RECEPTION - SUN, MAY 3 @ 6 PM

This year’s Welcome Reception will take place on the West Lawn—the perfect spot to unwind after a day of travel and soak in the fresh air and stunning mountain views. Join us at 6 PM for a true taste of Scottsdale.

WHAT TO WEAR & PACK

The dress code for PG meetings is resort casual—we want everyone to feel relaxed, comfortable, and ready to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer.

For our Awards Dinner and Member Appreciation Party, the vibe will be festive and elevated. While anything goes, many attendees choose cocktail attire or something a bit more polished for the evening.

Please note that meeting rooms can run cool, even in the desert, and temperatures can dip in the evenings. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the day and night.

HOTEL CONFIRMATIONS & TRANSPORTATION

Hotel confirmations have been sent. Please be sure your arrival and departure dates are correct. Please contact sarah@leeventsgroup.com if you did not receive your confirmation. 

Airport to Resort

Transportation to and from the airport is NOT included in your registration.

The Phoenician  is 8 miles from the Phoenix Airport (PHX). Ride shares (Uber /Lyft) and Waymo! seem to be the favored option.

FORECAST

While we cannot control the weather, we plan to accommodate whatever mother nature has in store. We are looking good so far but you can click here check on the forecast as we get closer to the event.

Average Temp of Scottsdale, AZ in early May -  High Low to mid 90s / Low to mid 60s (But it's a dry heat!)

SUPPLIER MEETINGS

Supplier meetings will be held in pipe & grape booths in the Camelbak Ballroom. Meetings will be 15 minutes each with a one-minute rotation. These meetings take place on Tuesday and Wed of the event (with supplier set-up Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning). See meeting rotation schedule here.
Printed copies of the schedule will be provided onsite.
